Who is responsible for processing your data?
The personal data that you voluntarily provide us with will be treated in accordance with the European General Regulations 2016/679 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Law on the Protection of Data and current development regulations and will be included in a file whose Person in Charge of Treatment is TECNOCLINIC, S.A. with address at Ctra. de Prats de Lluçanès, Km. 2,3 Nave 6, Sabadell, -08208-, Barcelona (Spain), A08930380, Tel. 93 717 42 11, (firstname.lastname@example.org).
For what purposes?
On the website www.tecnoclinic.com data can be collected from those users who voluntarily provide them to contact through the form enabled for this purpose or the link in the e-mail, in which case TECNOCLINIC S.A. will collect and process the information provided, with the sole and exclusive purpose of attending to the user’s consultation or request with the corresponding follow-up.
The personal data provided will only be kept while we are attending your request with the corresponding follow-up that motivated you to contact us, which will never be more than five years from the last contact, unless you previously revoke your consent or exercise your right of opposition and/or cancellation or while responsibilities can be derived from this period of time (See section on your rights).
In any case, if the User recovers his consent or exercises the rights of cancellation or suppression or the mentioned conservation period has elapsed, his personal data will be kept blocked during the established periods of time to attend to possible responsibilities arising from the treatment of the same. Subsequently, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to guarantee the pseudonymization of the data or their destruction.
What is the legitimacy for the processing of your personal data?

In the contract form, only the fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be answered in order to process the user’s request.
To which recipients will the data be communicated?
Recipients: There is no transfer of personal data to other companies, nor is there any international transfer of data.
Data Processors: The data can be allowed to access to TECNOCLINIC, S.A. suppliers that provide auxiliary services necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the data is collected. But at no time do they imply a cession of the same. In any case, we inform you that if the case arises, a contract is always formalized with these suppliers (Processing Managers) that includes obligations and responsibilities that they must assume in the processing of the data, to act in accordance with the current regulations on data protection.
As suppliers, TECNOCLINIC, S.A. informs you that the data of the users that are facilitated in the Web, are lodged in a Spanish server, and circulate momentarily by the server of the Web site that is located in Spain, that to the belonging to the European Economic Space guarantees an appropriate level of security in the protection of data.
Obligatory cessions: in those cases where it is imposed by legal obligation or by judicial disposition TECNOCLINIC, S.A. will communicate your data to the entities that such obligation determines.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Rights: The users of the Web www.tecnoclinic.com can exercise before TECNOCLINIC, S.A., the rights of access, rectification or suppression, portability of their data, limitation or opposition to the treatment of their data. Likewise, they can revoke their consent if they have given it for a specific purpose, being able to modify their preferences at any time.

You must specify which of these rights you are requesting to be satisfied and, at the same time, you must attach a photocopy of your ID card or equivalent document. In case you act through a representative, legal, or voluntary, you must also provide a document that accredits the representation and identification of the same.
The User is informed that he can direct any type of claim in matters of personal data protection to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.agpd.es, Control Authority of the Spanish State, if he considers that TECNOCLINIC, S.A. has not duly attended to the exercise of the right he has requested.
Technical and organizational measures and security:
The Web www.tecnoclinic.com declares to have adopted the appropriate technical, security and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, as required by the European General Regulation 2016/679 of Data Protection, and the Law on Protection of Personal Data and development regulations in force, in order to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access or theft of data you provide.
However, the user must be aware that at present the security measures on the Internet are not impregnable and therefore one is not safe from possible illegal and undue interference, which would not be the responsibility of TECNOCLINIC, S.A., as it has acted with due diligence to protect the data as determined by law.
The user is responsible for the authenticity of the data provided, the accuracy and validity for the purpose for which they were provided and assumes responsibility for damages, both for lost profits and for consequential damages that may be generated by these inaccuracies or falsehoods.
For all this, TECNOCLINIC, S.A. will do everything possible to ensure that the data provided are always up to date. However, responsibility for the quality of the data depends on the owner of the data, so that if there is any modification of the data the user of the web will communicate it to the person responsible for the treatment, who declines all responsibility in case he omits his obligation to notify the changes.
